HOW TO REGISTER YOUR BUSINESS WITH DTI IN THE PHILIPPINES

Before you can sell your products with Lazada Philippines you need to have a DTI registration which is under your name.

these are the easiest steps in getting your own business registration here in the Philippines.

You can have your own business just sitting from your home and upload the products online through Lazada shop and Shopee.

One of the most important on getting your own business to be more legit is to have a DTI permit.

1. Prepare your business name. According to DTI, your business name (BN) refers to any name, other than your true name, that you’re going to use in regard to your business.

2. Confirm the availability of your business name. After preparing your business name ideas, search them on DTI’s website and check if it’s available for use.

3. Fill up the online registration form. If your business name is available, you can already proceed and fill up DTI’s online registration form through their Business Name Registration System (BNRS). Take note of the reference code that will be provided to you as you will use it in all transactions with BNRS.

You may apply for DTI business name registration if you meet these eligibility criteria:

At least 18 years old (Foreign nationals aged below 18 must submit proof that they come from a country where the legal age is lower than 18.)

Filipino citizen

Foreign national with a Certificate of Registration of Sole Proprietorship/Certificate of Authority to Engage in Business in the Philippines

Refugee or stateless person

DTI Business Registration Requirements

All applicants (except for those filing their application online) must download, print, and fill out two copies of the Business Name Registration Form[1] and present any of the following valid IDs:

Passport

Driver’s license

UMID

PRC ID

NBI Clearance

Police Clearance (in ID form)

Postal ID

Voter’s ID

OWWA ID

Seaman’s Book

IBP ID

Senior citizen ID

PWD ID

Government office ID

Validated state college/university ID

Additional documents are required depending on the applicant:

For foreign nationals: Alien Certificate of Registration and Certificate of Registration for Sole Proprietorship/Certificate of Authority to Engage in Business in the Philippines issued by the concerned DTI office

For refugees/stateless people: Certificate of Recognition issued by the DOJ-RSPPU or Certificate of Recognition

Foreigners, refugees, and stateless people who apply for DTI business registration online still need to submit the documents listed above at any DTI office.

There’s also a business name registration fee that varies per business territorial scope:

Barangay – PHP 200

City/Municipality – PHP 500

Regional – PHP 1,000

National – PHP 2,000

An additional PHP 30 must be paid for the Documentary Stamp Tax during your DTI registration.

https://bnrs.dti.gov.ph/

All applications for DTI business name registration should be filed through the Business Name Registration System (BNRS). No need to visit a DTI office to get a Certificate of Business Name Registration.

Here are the steps to register your business name online through the BNRS.

Access the New Registration page of the BNRS site. Go to bnrs.dti.gov.ph/registration and read the Terms and Conditions. When you’re done, click the I Agree on the button at the bottom of the page.

Fill out the online registration form. Fields marked with a red asterisk must not be left blank. Your tax identification number (TIN) must also be provided on the online form.

Pay the business name registration fee within seven calendar days from the online application date.

Upon successful payment transaction, you’ll receive the Certificate of Business Name Registration via email.

Once your payment is confirmed, click on “Register New Business” to complete the online DTI registration of your business name.

Paying the DTI registration fee can now be done online. You don’t need to go out of your home to process your registration payment.

Here are the steps you should follow:

Go to the “Transaction Inquiry” module (bnrs.dti.gov.ph/inquiry) under the Business Name Services.

Confirm and agree to the terms and conditions by clicking the button “I Agree.”

Input the Reference Code of your transaction.

Choose the Search button to look for your business name. Click on your business name, which appears in a blue hyperlink.

You’ll be redirected to the Transaction Summary page. At the bottom of the page, click on “Resume” to edit or complete your payment transaction.

You will then be redirected to the “Payment Details” page where you can choose from any of the available payment options (GCash, PayMaya, Smart Padala).

Once the payment is made, you’ll receive a Certificate of Business Name Registration (CBNR) and an Official Receipt (OR) in the email you provided during the registration. The CBNR and the OR will be received once the DTI payment has been successfully completed.

Walk-in / Over-the-Counter Application for DTI Registration

Go to any DTI office or Negosyo Center.

Submit all the DTI business registration requirements. Make sure to have a list of backups in case your three proposed business names are already taken.

Pay the business name registration fee.

Once DTI approves your business name, it will issue a Certificate of Business Name Registration to you.

What month is cherry blossom in Korea?

(pics from: https://blog.trazy.com/korea-cherry-blossom-forecast/)

I never been to South Korea for the cherry blossom season but I am hoping one day after the pandemic (COVID-19 issue) done.
I am pretty looking forward for the cherry blossoms season and I'm looking for possible answers that I  need when I go there again in South Korea.

I visited south korea in 2018 during October fall/autumn season:

Second is in Winter December 2019

Cherry blossom season is just around the corner! And among the best places in Asia to catch the soft pink flowers in full bloom is South Korea. The peninsula bursts in pink during the springtime (usually, between late March to early April), with tufts of the delicate blossoms forming picture-perfect clouds on trees

How long do cherry blossoms last in Korea?
two weeks
Cherry blossom season in South Korea is a magical time as the country shrugs off the winter chill and re-emerges bearing lovely colors and scents. The blossom typically comes into full bloom for one or two weeks, so mark the dates and make plan to visit the country when it turns positively pink.
Is April a good time to visit Korea?
The best time of year to visit South Korea is generally considered to be the spring months of April, May & June, and the autumn months of September, October & November. During these two seasons days are typically sunny and dry with comfortable average temperatures.
What is cherry blossom called in Korea?
Called sakura in Japan and beot-kkot in Koreancherry blossoms are often confused with other flowering trees including the peach blossoms and plum blossoms.
How cold is Korea in April?
April continues the rapid warming trend in Seoul that started in March. The monthly average temperature increases by seven degrees to 11°C. The daytime average reaches 17°C. Nighttime temperatures are significantly warmer than the previous month but still chilly at 5°C.
What is the best month to visit Seoul Korea?
The best times to visit Seoul are from March to May and from September to November, when the weather is mild (average daily high temperatures stay below the mid-70s) and travel expenses are low.
How much money do I need for 7 days in Korea?
It is recommended to bring a minimum amount of cash with you. $200USD or 20,000 to 30,000 pesos should be enough to pay for small items and in case your card doesn't work. All of your other expenses should be paid with your card. Bring at least 2 cards and inform your bank you will be traveling to South Korea.

What clothes to wear in Korea in April?
Cardigans or jean jackets are necessary during spring in Korea. The necessary clothing items include long sleeves, blazers, jackets/cardigans and light sweaters.
I usually bring 2 shoes nike rubber shoes or sneakers like converse you need to be more comfortable in walking and running .

If you are curious about what Koreans wear in March and April, take a look at some of the photos below!
